as i read these escalating numbers and read about these cases (rope-list, yuor blog etc…)
I find it just creating an uneasy feeling. The thought that I can get sured for profesional liability from course I recomend or for a mulitude of reasons that lawyers dream up makes our business as it grows uneasy.
Where is our support?
Who is fighting for the outdoor and adventure industry?
Where are out lobyist?
