For the first time AVPRO is coming to Lake Tahoe, CA/NV February 25-March 4, 2014. Drawing on Lake Tahoe’s deep ski industry history, abundant yearly snowfall, and steep rugged terrain, students will spend time learning from some of the industry’s most experienced avalanche professionals. AVPRO is intended for all disciplines of avalanche professionals with a solid background in avalanche fundamentals, companion rescue, and basic snow assessment.
