Colorado State Parks is excited to announce the release of the Draft 2008 Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) for public review! Colorado‘s SCORP provides a critical five-year plan for addressing key outdoor recreation needs and issues through 2013. Developed in collaboration with a diverse 33-member Steering Committee, the SCORP serves as the principal guide for statewide outdoor recreation planning.
